This white wine is the fruit of the passion of a very special person… our mother. The Godello grapes it is made off come from El Cotelo, a vineyard that had been abandoned and thanks to her energy and push was partly replanted. A vineyard reborn with strength and character, plus the awareness of being loved and cherished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Godello planted and farmed organically from its birth, we make a special selection of the best grapes to make our top white wine. Manually harvested in 15 Kg cages, 24h cold maceration before de-stemming and pressed to obtain the juice that is put to ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in used French oak barrels, where it also does static aging on its lees until slight filtration and bottling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No fining and low sulphites dosage to maintain all the essence of the land that gives birth to this wine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
